WEEKLY PAY!
Pay Rate:
- Night Shift: $19.50 per hour + $2.000 shift differential
Production Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Shift: 5:00 pm - 5:00 am AM M - TH
Mandatory overtime on Friday and Saturday when scheduled.
- Perform quality inspections
- Complete quality and day by hour documentation
- Document and enter data in computer
- Rotate through various tasks in the production process
- Package finished goods
- Label cartons/palletize finished goods
- Operate necessary machinery in the assembly process; including staple gun and Johnny crimper
- Repair filters as necessary
- Operate scanning equipment
- Communicate with supervisors and peers
Responsibilities:
- Follow safety rules and regulations
- Maintain production and operate necessary equipment
- Record production data
- Clean work areas
- Regular quality inspections
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Set-up Date Coder/Date Packages
- Train new team members on standard operation procedures
Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Must be able to lift to approximately 35 pounds repeatedly during shift
- Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch
- Must be able to read and understand quality specifications
- Must be computer proficient
- Must be able to stand at work station for a long period of time
- Must be able to use both hands in a repetitive motion
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and dust particles
- Must be able to travel throughout the facility to obtain information needed to perform job functions
