Job Summary The Inside Sales Representative (ISR)- is responsible for preparing, processing, checking, and placing complex quotes and orders in a business-to-business environment. They work directly with longtime established customers that are managed by an Account Manager, to provide a high level of service while fulfilling customer requests. The ISR serves as a subject matter expert on his/her assigned Account(s) and will train other ISRs on the specifics of those Accounts if deemed necessary by the Inside Sales Supervisor or Inside Sales Manager. He or she may be responsible for learning the fundamentals of additional accounts to provide backup support when coverage is needed. The ISR is the primary resource for the Sales Team for Quality related requirements and problem resolution. They serve as a liaison and interdepartmental resource for Sales, Quality, and Operations group initiatives and problem resolution. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
