Overview

LMI is seeking a Project Manager to support our Intelligence Community (IC) customer. This position is located in Chantilly, VA and is responsible for working across multiple organizations to evaluate strategic programs and projects within the customer space for policy and foreign language support.

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance.



Responsibilities

Leverage deep experience/ background in talent-related field (learning, policy, HR, etc);

Leverage project management skills to initiate, complete, and evaluate strategic programs and projects that span multiple organizations;

Demonstrate excellent oral, written communication and briefing skills;

Drive constructive forward-facing support to customers, stakeholders and partners;

Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills;

Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Demonstrate ability to prioritize and handle multiple requirements to allow delivery of timely and high quality products as well as ability to work autonomously while maintaining flexibility in managing workload and responsibilities;

Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with management, peers and customers and to network and collaborate across Schools, Directorates and the Intelligence Community (IC);

Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple tasks, identify problems and propose solutions;

Exercise sound judgement, discretion and critical thinking with minimal supervision, be able to work in a fast paced environment and persevere when challenged by multiple, simultaneous tasks;

Demonstrate the ability to work as a team player in a multi-discipline team environment;

Communicate (verbally and in writing) complex information in a clear, concise manner that is targeted to and meets the needs of the diverse audiences with different perspectives and objectives;

Demonstrate the ability to listen, to clarify, and convey understanding of others' ideas, comments and issues, while integrating and leveraging diverse opinions in a manner that encourages the formation of integrated solutions and positions;

Experience and demonstrated familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);

Assist with undertaking a coordinated enterprise-wide annual position validation exercise and provide needs and gaps analysis;

Assist with tracking, development, and implementation of the CIA 2024-2026 Strategic Framework for Foreign Language; and

Provide support to the Executive Language Board and Foreign Language Focal Points meetings.



Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to identify issues and find effective solutions.
Efficiently manage time and resources to meet project deadlines.
Previous experience in managing projects, ideally in a similar industry.
Ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and stakeholder needs.
Ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions.
