Summary

Responsible for working with specific departments as assigned to evolve the strategic planning process, detailed business plans and corresponding action steps. Working with the Strategic Management Lead, the individual will identify the priorities of each department providing necessary documentation and oversight of progress.Responsibility is inclusive of presentations and communicationto Senior Leaders in addition to ourmonthly and quarterly reporting deliverables and routines.

Individual must possess strong business acumen, analytical mindset and strong short-term and long-term planning capabilities. Individual will partner closely with Executive Leadership, Human Resources, Operations and Strategy to continually monitor program implementation and success.

Essential Function

Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Analyzes financial and market data across businesses and prepares presentations/financial modeling.
  • Supports projects related to strategic and administrative initiatives across businesses, counties, and product lines, or business processes requiring cross-divisional coordination.
  • Assist in the creation of presentations for senior management on strategy, business performance, and planning initiatives.
  • Produces weekly financial reporting, tracks key deals and transactions, writes macroeconomic commentary.
  • Takes meeting minutes and assists in the coordination of leadership and regional committee meetings.
  • Fields a variety of ad hoc assignments, typically with time constraints.



The wage range for the VP & Strategy Analyst II position is between $110,000 - $125,000 annually. The position includes 27 Days of PTO (Paid Time Off), 5 days of STD (Short Term Disability), 11 annual paid holidays, and 1 floating holiday.

Education and/or Experience



  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • In lieu of degree, Minimum of five years of experience in strategy, human resources, financial services or operations considered.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in strategy, human resources, financial services or operations required.

Technical Skills



  • Advance proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Previous experience in Qlik, Tableau, or similar data visualization system preferred.

  • Ability to effectively use technological resources for meetings, coaching and training.
