We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Residential Real Estate Loan Servicer to support the smooth management of real estate loans for our client's valued customers. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (1st shift) Pay: $19/hr. Responsibilities: Review and organize loan files, send paid loan letters, and prepare satisfaction documents for residential real estate loans Track Forced Place Insurance and maintain communication with lenders Manage FNMA delinquency processes and ensure accurate monthly reporting Perform data entry for FNMA loans and prepare various reports Assist with audits, quality control programs, and customer inquiries Handle insurance renewals and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations in the Real Estate department Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant banking and/or finance experience Perks and Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401k retirement plan Weekly pay, direct deposit, and pay card options Life and disability insurance Employee discounts, referral bonuses, and more!
