Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations. J-STD_001, 002, IPC 610, MIL-STD-883, or NASA std's certification may be required within 30 days of hire.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Applicants selected must be able to obtain a Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

What you'll do:

Leading the Receiving Inspection department, comparing purchased materials against standards, identifying defects and disposition resolutions, driving turn around time and high quality, your talent will be front and center. You'll participate in team meetings, collect, organize, and analyze project data, verify corrective action implementation, and verify implementation of rework. You'll also perform and support audits, determine, and manage the handling of returned products, and author QA processing documentation. We'll rely on you to determine and evaluate root causes, corrective actions and drive improvement to our yields, process compliance and efficiency. You'll leverage technology as part of our strategic improvement initiatives.

What you bring to the table:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations.
  • Skills to interpret specifications and customer requirement flowdowns and the know-how to apply and verify those requirements
  • Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO9001, AS9100
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills to work with colleagues and suppliers at all levels: Inspectors, Operators, Supply Chain, Engineers and Management

Target salary range: USD $121,363.00/Yr. - USD $131,319.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
