As a Digital Customer Engagement Process Owner supporting Digital Health Team, you will be responsible for leading our testing efforts and ensure the quality and reliability of will be trusted to work on identifying and delivering digital offerings at our Fort Worth, TX location or from a remote location. In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Understanding our customer's expectations and partner with the Surgical Organization to identify and buildout capabilities in sales, boarding, servicing, etc. to enable the needs of the growing digital footprint.
  • Formulating approaches to use data collected from our Digital Solutions to initiate further engagement opportunities with our customers.
  • Partnering with functional leadership to prioritize capabilities and develop roadmaps to deliver the needed capabilities to evolve the department and the services to the customer.
  • Drive simplicity into the Customer Engagement Model to meet our customers' expectations as we sell and support our Digital Solution(s).
  • Identify critical metrics and align with leadership.
  • Build insights into our sales and service performance.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+0 yrs)
  • 5+ Years of Relevant Experience
  • Strong SAS configuration skills
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
  • Travel requirements: up to 20%
