  • Impactful Work - Provide financial oversight, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics to guide informed business decisions.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of corporate accounting/finance experience, including 1+ year in management.
  • Food & beverage industry experience is a plus; CPA preferred but not required.


Financial Expertise:



  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Experience in financial statement preparation and regulatory reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and scenario analysis for strategic planning.


Technology & Systems:



  • Skilled in Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with industry tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, and cost analysis software.
  • Ability to leverage technology to improve financial processes and reporting.


Leadership & Communication:



  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and facilitating productive discussions.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information to both finance and non-finance audiences.


Problem-Solving & Adaptability:



  • Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts with sound judgment.


Work Environment & Travel:



  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Comfortable working in an enterprise-level digital and physical environment.
  • Ability to travel ~25% within the U.S. and Canada, including overnight stays.
  • Must pass TSA/FAA background checks and airport security clearances.
