Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of corporate accounting/finance experience, including 1+ year in management.
- Food & beverage industry experience is a plus; CPA preferred but not required.
Financial Expertise:
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Experience in financial statement preparation and regulatory reporting.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and scenario analysis for strategic planning.
Technology & Systems:
- Skilled in Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with industry tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, and cost analysis software.
- Ability to leverage technology to improve financial processes and reporting.
Leadership & Communication:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and facilitating productive discussions.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to both finance and non-finance audiences.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability:
- Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts with sound judgment.
Work Environment & Travel:
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Comfortable working in an enterprise-level digital and physical environment.
- Ability to travel ~25% within the U.S. and Canada, including overnight stays.
- Must pass TSA/FAA background checks and airport security clearances.
