Reconciliation Associate

Administer all functionalities associated with ABG. Coordination of daily settlements, payments, account reconciliation of all types, month end close tasks including monthly deadlines. Daily responsibility to reconcile & research all that is needed daily to perform tasks.

What you'll do:

• Perform account reconciliations and clear exception items as appropriate
• Quality and accuracy audits - Deloitte & Sox quarterly
• Responsible for preparations for month end close & various reporting.
• Collections as needed to clear receivables/review & clear aging reports.

• Process credit card uploads in an orderly fashion to meet all banking deadlines.
• Reconciliation of credit card fees, rejects, chargebacks & financial adjustments; upload templates.
• Responsible for all research on variances
• Oracle Fusion & Amp Wizard 2.0 systems
• Assist on all Deloitte & Sox audits quarterly.
• Responsible for assisting third party chargeback vendors to support the business.
• Month End close responsibilities

What we're looking for:

• High School Diploma and 2 years of related experience
• Knowledge of accounting techniques, reporting, and other related methodologies
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion preferred
• Experience with Amp Wizard 2.0 portal
• Demonstrated history of accuracy and attention to detail, efficiency, critical thinking and sound judgment, ability to act with urgency
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as superb time management and planning skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ability to navigate various PC systems
