About the role:
Leads all product management related activities associated with the delivery of Solution Ecosystems. A solution ecosystem is an integrated set of FIS and partner products and services tailored towards a specific market vertical. May own one or many solution ecosystems at any given time.

About the team:

FIS Digital Data Exchange (formerly Data Exchange) is a digital investor portal that provides private equity managers, general partners, limited partners, fund administrators, investors and other stakeholders with an advanced investor relations data visualization solution, interactive reporting, e-signing and secure document access.

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for the definition, scoping, budget planning, roadmap, product delivery, pricing and sales enablement associated one or many solution ecosystems.
  • Coordinates and seeks input from solution managers spanning the Front, Middle and Back Office of the Trading and Asset Services division to define, budget and deliver ecosystems.
  • Interacts with sales and GTM teams to collect input and data related to market needs, as well as to launch and evolve ecosystems.
  • Provides coordination and governance activities related to the program of work from inception through delivery.
  • Solution Ecosystem development involves the integration of FIS and partner systems, consolidation and delivery of data through the FIS Investment Data Platform to our customers and driving consistent UX/UI across the solution set.

What you will need:

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor of Business Administration

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

- Existing product management experience

- Ability and experience managing a budget and P&L.

- Clear communication skills with ability to collaborate with other leaders and influence key stakeholders

- Program management skills and ability to define and track a cross-functional plan

- Knowledge of financial services and prior experience with software project delivery

- Experience integrating software applications

- Prior sales and/or client relationship management experience a plus.

- Existing Private Markets experience preferred at a fund manager, administrator or software vendor.

- Prior experience with FIS Private Capital Suite (Investran), Virtus, Investment Accounting Manager, Snowflake a plus

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $138,600.00 - $232,850.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
