The Principal Architect, System embodies a nuanced role, serving as a strategist, architect, designer, analyst, customer advocate, and influential leader in both business and technology realms. This dynamic individual excels in encouraging professional relationships and is instrumental in leading the execution of T-Mobile's Procurement and Supply Chain business-IT priorities. These encompass critical processes such as Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Device Lifecycle Management, Reference Data, and Inventory Management. Knowledge of ERP applications especially of Oracle ERP and SAP is highly valued. The Principal Systems Architect would be responsible for: - Crafting creative and scalable systems and software solutions that address business/technical needs or challenges related to Oracle ERP conversion and integration. - Defines and maintains architecture and technology standards and practices for applications, middleware, and databases including both in-house development as well as third-party applications. - Provides mentorship and direction to project teams to ensure compliance with the standards and recommended practices. - Evaluates and recommends technologies and techniques for applicability to T-Mobile systems. Prior experience working with APIs, Microservices, databases, and digital architecture and Oracle ERP is required. As the key steward of these critical components, the Principal Architect, Technical is entrusted with ultimate accountability, responsibility, and ownership to build outstanding solutions. This position will work very closely Leadership, Principal Architects and Development team members to build out and implement the Platform Strategy. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
