TECHNICAL SOLUTION IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT MANAGER

(This is an on-site role in Tempe, AZ)

POSITION SUMMARY

Okland is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Solution Implementation Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding and/or certifications in project management methodologies such as PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, or Six Sigma. This role is critical for ensuring that our technology solutions are deployed effectively, on time, within scope, and in alignment with business objectives. The Technical Solution Implementation Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders, IT staff, and project teams to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Analyze and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, project teams, and IT staff to ensure project success.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Monday.com, ServiceNow, Asana, Trello) to track progress and generate insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards throughout all phases of the project.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices in technology solution deployment and project management.


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Solid understanding and/or certifications in PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, or Six Sigma.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Monday.com, ServiceNow, Asana, Trello).


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES


  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with risk management principles and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and industry standards is a plus.
