Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Atlanta, GA and Kennesaw, GA. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Responsible for end-to-end management and delivery for programs of high complexity across multiple departments within a single business unit Facilitate Agile Scrum Master and Waterfall service deliveries, leads and directs the Program efforts that are functionally aligned Responsible for the end-to-end integration of various projects under these initiatives in order to deliver the holistic program of projects Manage Portfolio of Programs Lead and manage program efforts including regular updates, tracking, escalations and other program management related tasks. Remove impediments to the ability of the team to deliver and is keenly focused on the activities and progress of the service delivery team Execute PMO related tasks for Program standards and governance to ensure policies and best practices are followed through the portfolio of programs Timeline and budget/expenses Obtain and align resources to key project roles; establish clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities Oversight/Manage/Lead project execution, integration and implementation Risk Management and Mitigation Planning Readiness/Change Adoption/Stakeholder Management Quality Assurance, ensure that all applicable change requirements are satisfied Act as the primary point of contact for the program Requirements: Educational background and experience in program management, business management or associated area Strong/senior Program Management skills PMO Certified with PMO experience Agile Scrum Master skills Waterfall Delivery Methods MS Project, MS Excel and MS Power Point Ability to work with others and communicate all levels including from project up to SLT/Executives Ability to manage the successful execution of programs tracking multiple project teams A proven track record in a similar role Good interpersonal skills; positive attitude; team player; flexible Able to face off to business and technology leaders Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to lead meetings, follow-up, negotiate and resolve ambiguity Keen attention to detail and strong sense of ownership and accountability for work Motivated to work closely and cooperatively with other team members of varying levels of seniority and experience A self-starter and have the ability to work with little to no supervision Knowledge and experience of program managing large-scale complex programs PMO knowledge and experience Reporting and tracking expertise Desired skills: Experience of large-scale complex programs Jira expertise A passion for technology and banking operations Extensive data analysis and associated presentation Pay Range: $68.38-$76.38 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
