Be a Lifesaver: Join our team as a Year-Round Full-Time Lifeguard/Swim Instructor at the Foglia YMCA and ensure safety, provide exceptional service, and make a difference every day! As a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor at the YMCA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants in our aquatic programs. You will supervise and guard the pool, provide swim instruction to individuals of all ages and skill levels, and promote a positive and inclusive environment. Your responsibilities will include performing water rescues, administering first aid and CPR when necessary, and actively participating in ongoing training and certification programs.
