Automation Test Manager with Insurance Domain Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid) Required Qualifications: * Overall 15+ years of experience in Quality Engineering * Possess strong technical skills in GITHUB, BDD, SAFe Agilist, SQL, Cucumber, Jenkins, Java, TestNG, Jira, Selenium, Maven, and PL/SQL. * Project management * Selenium, Cucumber, and JAVA - 5+ years of experience * Property & Casualty Insurance domain experience- 5+ years of experience * API - Rest assured - Good to have Roles/Responsibilities: * Experience in Client and stakeholder management * Experience in supervising the team * Enable the transformation plan for the account * Oversee the implementation of automated testing frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and TestNG. * Provide expertise in GITHUB for version control and collaboration on test scripts and code. * Employ BDD methodologies to establish clear communication and understanding of requirements among partners. * Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins and Maven. * Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects and performance issues. * Ensure adherence to SAFe Agile principles and practices within the testing process. * Mentor and guide junior quality engineers in standard methodologies and testing techniques. * Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for test plans, test cases, and test results. * Perform root cause analysis on defects and provide recommendations for improvement. Work Authorization: Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.) Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $83,250 - $131,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
