Lead Assembler - 1st Shift (Horicon) Job Locations

Overview Reporting to the Assembly Supervisor, the Assembly Lead is primarily responsible for assisting the Supervisor in overseeing the Assembly Line. This person may perform all aspects of the Assembly Line such as assembling parts, as well as give instruction to the assemblers assigned to the lines. This role is responsible for acting as a good role model for the rest of the department and for keeping the department organized and clean. Responsibilities
Assist the Supervisor in directing and assisting in the work activities assemblers.
