Pay: $16 - $19 per hour

1st Shift Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Essential Functions:

As a Training Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in managing training processes across the company. Your key responsibilities will include uploading training documents and certificates into multiple software systems (including ISNetworld), managing training schedules for offshore employees, and answering training-related inquiries from staff. You'll be responsible for preparing certifications, creating specialized training reports, handling purchase orders, and coordinating travel arrangements, including hotel bookings. Additionally, you will review new hire training policies and ensure they are scheduled for the appropriate courses.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in safety and training, preferably with ISNetworld
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills and attention to detail
