PM Bartender (Full Time Seasonal) Lobby Bar Starting End of March 2025

Serving as a cornerstone of northern Atlanta's newest mixed-used community, the Omni Hotel at The Battery Atlanta is the official hotel of the Atlanta Braves and located within steps of SunTrust Park as well as premier office space, the Coca-Cola Roxy music venue and a variety of shopping and dining.

Our luxury hotel features 16 floors with 264 rooms including 28 suites, over 20,000 square feet of meeting space and can accommodate business travelers, families on vacation and everyone in-between. Redefining "live, work, play," we are a proud "play, work, stay" destination and seek to provide an unforgettable experience enhanced by our hotel's elevated pool deck in addition to our Lobby Bar and hotel restaurant.

Bartender will be responsible for providing efficient friendly customer service at all times and to maintain a clean, professional top quality Bar.

Mix drinks for servers according to standard recipes
• Familiarity with the wine list, stemware and appropriate garnishes used.
• Follow procedures as outlined in employee manual and bartender's manual. Jigger pour, making drinks for servers only when rung in on Micros.
• Keep bar stocked and clean. Follow sidework sheet.
• Monitor inventory.
• Ensure the consistency in the presentation and recipes of all cocktails
• Be familiar with and enforce all policies related to liquor liability laws.
• Be familiar with all property amenities and other restaurants.
• Will make with serving coffees and tea beverages.

• One - two years bartending experience highly preferred.
• Extensive wine knowledge.
• One-year restaurant experience.
• Pleasant personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include AM and PM shifts as well as weekends and holidays.
• Must have current Cobb County Alcohol Permit.
• Must have Food Handlers Certification.
