We are seeking a Legal Recruiting Specialist who supports the coordination and implementation of all firmwide initiatives and activities connected with summer associate and entry-level associate recruiting, onboarding and integration. The Specialist will also serve as the primary point of contact for the onboarding and integration needs of the Firm's junior lawyers. The Specialist will support lateral recruiting, onboarding and integration as needed. The Specialist reports to the Director of Legal Recruiting and will work closely with the Attorney Career Advancement Team to ensure the successful recruitment, onboarding, and integration of the Firm's junior lawyers. This hybrid position offers a work schedule of 3 days a week in the Philadelphia office, Tuesday through Thursday, with additional days required as needed. Why Join Us?
Your Role: The Legal Recruiting Specialist will work collaboratively with the Partner in Charge, Attorney Career Advancement, Firmwide Hiring Partners, Client Service & Professional Development Counsel and Director of Legal Recruiting on activities connected with the recruiting, on-boarding and integration of summer and entry-level associates across 18 offices. What We're Looking For:
Required Experience: A Bachelor's degree is required, and a minimum of two years relevant experience. Experience in legal recruiting and professional development a plus. A high degree of proficiency in the firm's computer applications and document management system, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, Kofax Power PDF Advanced, iManage, Elite, Workday and other practice area databases, as appropriate. Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating, building and fostering working relationships with candidates, internal and external presenters, lawyers, and staff.
