Your Team, Your Impact

The Security Systems Coordinator specializes in overseeing the Physical Security System Operations of hardware and software. Their responsibilities primary revolves around monitoring the performance of all Physical Security System software and hardware, configuring devices, troubleshoot systems, and ensure all finished project hardware and software is running smoothly after deployment.
This position will report to the Senior Manager, Global Security Systems.

What You Can Expect

  • Act as the main point of contact for Marvell service tickets for security systems

  • Provide level 1 troubleshooting to all global access control systems (doors, card readers, door sensors, audible screamers, panels), CCTV systems, and Visitor Management Systems

  • Contact security integrator to arrange system repairs when needed

  • Maintain all Marvell Global Security preventative maintenance hardware life cycles

  • Conduct monthly Windows updates on all Global Security System servers

  • Conduct firmware upgrades on Access Control Panels, Visitor System iPad's, and CCTV hardware

  • Conduct health checks on security system hardware and software events

  • Act as main point of contact for Marvell Visitor Management System

  • Assist in programming with Access Control, Video Management, and Visitor Management

  • Assist the Global Security systems team in Facilities projects

  • Perform other duties as needed in direction of the Senior Manager of Global Security Systems.

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency in using Access Control and CCTV software as an administrator.
  • Ability to configure, monitor, and maintain security systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Basic knowledge of network topology and how it integrates with physical security systems.
  • Understanding of network protocols and configurations relevant to security systems.
  • Ability to use a ticketing system to track work progress and manage service requests.
  • Experience in documenting issues, resolutions, and updates within the ticketing system.
  • Ability to prioritize each service request in a timely manner based on urgency and impact.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests and ensure timely resolution.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

53,040 - 79,400, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
