Join Our Team as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic in Midland, TX - Make an Impact with Your Skills!

Are you an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic with a knack for troubleshooting and a passion for keeping machinery running smoothly? We have an exciting direct-hire opportunity for you in Midland, TX! Join a dynamic team where your expertise will help drive success in construction, transportation, and industrial projects. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and wants to take their career to the next level!

Pay: $30 - $34/hr (Based on experience) + a sign-on bonus + performance bonus incentives!



  • Sign-on Bonus: Receive $2,000 when hired, another $2,000 after 6 months, and an additional $2,000 after 1 year
  • Performance Bonus: Earn up to $2,500 quarterly when project deadlines are met



1st Shift Hours: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday

What You'll Do:



  • Perform preventive maintenance and regular inspections on a variety of heavy equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components using diagnostic tools and schematics.
  • Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all equipment is up and running efficiently and safely.



What We're Looking For:



  • 5+ years of experience in Heavy Equipment Operation.
  • Solid understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
  • Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to troubleshoot and perform repairs.
  • Experience with diagnostic systems and preventative maintenance.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to workplace safety.
  • A punctual, reliable work ethic, and the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment.
