Description Position: Project Manager Reports to: General Manager BASIC FUNCTIONS: Manage Service and Production projects with accurate budgets and realistic goals while meeting customer expectations with quality service. Establish project specific safety and quality control plans. Be an active and cooperative member within the project team and work in unison with office team to provide superior customer service and exceptional roof work. JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Project Manager must have knowledge of and/or experience with all types of roofing.Needs good organizational and planning skills, able to read blueprints and understand specifications and manufacturer's installation requirements.This position requires excellent computer and communications skills. This includes writing reports, establishing scope of work and/or proposals, communication with the customer and directing personnel and must have the ability to professionally manage and train people. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE (Essential)
Physical Surroundings: Possible exposure to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, equipment and vibrations. Occasional exposure to a variety of extreme conditions at construction sites. Noise levels in the work environment and job sites may be loud. Physical Effort: Climbing ladders, walking/working on rooftops and open field stied projects required. Sitting, standing, lifting.
