As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at Telligen, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our employee-owned organization's mission through strategic HR leadership. This position serves as a key advisor to both employee-owners and leadership, facilitating organizational excellence in our unique ownership culture.

What you will do:
  • Partnerships & Employee Relations: Consult leadership and employee owners across all levels. Drive performance optimization and workforce development initiatives. Implement comprehensive culture and change management strategies. Ensure regulatory compliance. Deliver strategic HR solutions that align with our ESOP framework. Facilitate effective communication between departments and the HR team.
  • Talent Management & Talent Attraction: Collaborate with Talent Attraction to develop and execute strategic workforce planning. Design and implement innovative retention strategies. Assist with sourcing and recruitment as needed.
  • Strategic HR Initiatives: Lead policy development that reflects our culture. Contribute to total rewards strategies that reinforce ownership benefits. Lead process improvement initiatives. Participate in cross-functional HR projects and programs.
  • Learning & Development: Assess and address organizational development needs. Design and implement learning initiatives that support ownership culture. Create development pathways for employee-owner career advancement
What you need:
  • Four-year degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related field and/or equivalent training and/or experience
  • SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR preferred
  • Minimum two years experience as an HR Generalist, Business Partner or Consultant
  • Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Ability to actively listen and strategically approach workforce challenges
  • Experience in healthcare, IT or employee-owned organizations preferred
