Overview
This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. This position oversees the front office sales and service of Institutional wealth & asset management consulting services for the Bank. Taking responsibility for developing sales strategies & client experience delivery aligned with the target needs. Cultivating tactical relationships with banking partners to create referrals and other business opportunities. Leads a team of Institutional consultants & business development associates in the sales & client experience functions to achieve new business growth and strong client retention. Provides leadership, direction, and expertise towards the sourcing and acquisition of new prospects, developing centers of influence that generate new revenue. Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in Institutional Asset Management Sales or Relationship Management, Wealth Management, or Financial Services sales leadership OR High School Diploma or GED and 14 years of experience in Institutional Asset Management Sales or Relationship Management, Wealth Management, or Financial Services sales leadership Preferred Area of Experience: Institutional Asset Management Sales Leadership. License or Certification Type: Possess valid Series 6, 63, 26, 65 or 66 Required, Possess valid state-specific life and health insurance licenses Required, CFP, CFA, or other industry specific designation PreferredSkill(s): Understanding of Institutional and Wealth Management products and services. The base pay for this position is generally between $175,000 and $250,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
