Position: Retail Banking Manager

Locations: Bismarck or Fargo

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the retail banking function, which includes setting the vision and strategy for retail banking
• Partnering with Marketing to develop retail banking marketing strategies
• Ensuring quality customer service
• Achieving budget
• Onboarding and training retail banking staff
• Coaching and managing direct reports

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated customer service, sales and retail banking experience is required
• A minimum of five years of related experience
• Supervisor and leadership skills are required
