What You Will Do to Change Lives

The FRES Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of physical plant. This includes providing daily operational support to all existing programs, managing capital project requests, coordinating location openings, expansions, relocations, and closures, maintaining a high level of physical plant quality via inspections and audits, and managing construction, landlord, and property management issues.

Shifts Available:

Full-Time | AM | Shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM | Days: Monday - Friday

Expected starting wage range is $108,905.47 - $134,542.23.Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)



  • Seven (7) years' facilities management, corporate real estate, property management, or construction management industry experience
  • Up to 30% travel
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. Additional regulatory, contractual, or local requirements may apply.


  • Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.


  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc. (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)
