Wieland is hiring a Breakdown Saw Operator. The Breakdown Saw Operator will be responsible for preparing the table saw machine to cut tubing. This role is located in Duncansville, PA.

Starting Pay: $19.38 for 60-90 day training, then $24.24

Schedule: 2nd shift, 3p - 11p, after training on 1st shift, 7a - 3p

Pay Schedule: Weekly

Breakdown Saw Operator Responsibilities:

Prepares Table Saw Machine to cut tubing to required size listed on specification.

• Operates equipment safely per standard operating procedure and initiates improvement to safe operations as appropriate.

• Interprets traveler tickets (production order sheets) to determine the necessary adjustments to make on the saw stop settings for required length and completes travel tickets.
• Produces material within prescribed tolerances using appropriate measuring device with focus on the "next customer" in a timely manner.
• Demonstrates proficiency in the various tasks identified on the machine's training evaluation form.
• Able to work various overtime as business needs require.

• Demonstrates proficient knowledge utilizing measuring devices.
