HEICO is seeking an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Supply Chain Regulatory Compliance Analyst for a full time direct hire position in Hollywood, FL.

The Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Supply Chain Regulatory Compliance Analyst will support compliance with the European Union's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), California Senate Bills 253 and 261, and other ESG and supply chain regulations. The role will focus on assisting in the collection, compilation, and analysis of environmental data, tracking regulatory compliance, and helping ensure accurate data reporting for the company and its supply chain operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:




  • Assist in the management of compliance with ESG regulations, including CSRD and California Senate Bills 253 and 261, focusing on environmental reporting.
  • Assist in developing, implementing and managing environmental systems, processes, and procedures to facilitate the collection, organization, and reporting of environmental, social, governance, health, and safety data.
  • Assist in interpreting applicable rules, regulations, and standards and identifying their impact on the Company and its subsidiaries.
  • Provide recommendations to management of risks, changes, and benefits/costs related to environmental issues/compliance.
  • Provide support to Company consultants and external auditors in connection with ESG reporting.
  • Participate in spot audits of environmental health & safety (EHS) and certification records and supporting documentation gathered in furtherance of reporting obligations, collaborating with site personnel to ensure timely updates and ongoing compliance.
  • Participate in developing and conducting educational and compliance trainings as necessary to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as an administrator for internal tools and software, addressing queries and optimizing their use to support compliance objectives.


  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in mechanical, or environmental engineering, EHS, or a related field.
  • Experience in environmental technology, regulatory concepts, and requirements.
  • Excellent organization, communication (oral & written), and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision on routine tasks
  • Bilingual (preferred)
