Logistics: This is a full-time position working (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday working on-site, in an office environment. Location: 51 Clemson Rd. Columbia SC. Position Purpose: The primary purpose of this role is to oversee effective and efficient recruitment activities, managing a high volume of requisitions for repetitive roles, campus recruitment, internships, and entry-level professional positions. The role ensures the timely filling of open positions while remaining compliant with corporate policies, procedures, and relevant government regulations. It also involves employing recruitment strategies to produce a diverse candidate pool, contributing to the organization's overall success. What You'll Do:
