Responsibilities Position Summary: The Supervisor, Warehouse for CAPS assists the Manager in leading a group of subordinates largely in coordination of work, which may include materials handling, production support functions, coordinate maintenance, training/mentoring, interview new hires, work set up, and the effective execution of daily operations of the CAPS production and warehouse activities. Additionally, this role will engage in resource planning, creating and modifying daily schedule to optimize the workflow process. The Supervisor contributes key performance information of assigned team members leading to an effective annual performance review and will also contribute key performance information of assigned team members leading to either timely discipline or recognition.
