Pay: $18.00/hr

1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements: The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have some HR experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in new hire training or related functions.

Job Duties: As a Human Resources Representative, you will create and process new hire offer letters and position changes for existing employees while managing comprehensive onboarding procedures that include conducting background checks, I-9 document screening, and employment verifications and reference checks. You will lead new hire orientations, ensuring essential company information and resources are delivered in person and via remote platforms. Additionally, you will track employee data using Microsoft Excel.
