Job Description Cornerstone Building Brands seeks a National Account Manager. This role will effectively manage and support key accounts that will increase sales and form long lasting business partnerships; assess new opportunities based on revenue potential vs. impact on internal resources and channel partners; decide if suitable programs can be devised which will improve overall market share without creating channel and resource conflict; negotiate adjustments necessary to programs to support optimum balance between channel partners; and grow sales revenue while professionally representing Cornerstone Building Brands. This position helps provide resolution to sales, credit, production and after-the-sale service challenges between the key accounts, the outside salesperson, and the company. This person must be able to balance company policies and procedures, while supporting sales goals, margins, and customer satisfaction. The US base salary for this role is $140,000 to $160,000 annually + SIP (sales incentive plan) +$750 monthly car allowance + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
