The School of Business invites applications for a full-time non-tenure-track Instructor or Assistant Professor of Management position at the Prescott Campus, with an anticipated start date of August 11, 2025. Salary and benefits are competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.

The School of Business, housed in the nation's one and only College of Business, Security and Intelligence, offers business programs that are accredited by the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). In addition, the Aviation Business Administration majors are accredited by the Aviation Accreditation Board International (AABI). The School of Business is one of the only schools in the nation to offer an undergraduate forensic accounting degree in a traditional, on-campus environment.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Management, Project Management or related field and previous teaching experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Ph.D. or DBA in Management or a closely related field, completed by the appointment start date of August 11, 2025. A demonstrated record of (or high potential for) teaching excellence in Management, Project Management and/or Aviation Management. Experience in designing and delivering courses that integrate aviation and business principles is highly desirable as well as industry experience in aviation management or a related field.
