Warehouse Lead

Our Absorbents & Additives Business is seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our team. This role is crucial to Clariant's ability to supply finished goods and ensures smooth production processes. The Warehouse Lead will oversee all warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling.

Pay range for this role will be: $23.69 - $30.30 with bonus potential

Responsibilities

• Maintain the shipping due list, print delivery pick lists, and accurately pull, prep, and stage shipments.
• Safely operate a forklift and manage UPS/FedEx/other shipping systems, including filing claims for damaged products. The Colton plant handles approximately 1,200-1,400 deliveries annually.
• Receive all raw and packaging materials, ensuring accurate and traceable records to meet Zero Defect requirements set by our government contracting partner.
• Ensure correct inventory counts (daily and annually) and utilize FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management.
• Pull component materials for process orders (over 1,200 process orders annually, with 5-15 components per order).

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse experience required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• Forklift certification with excellent safety background in forklift operation required.
• Strong math, writing, and computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office. SAP experience is a major plus.
