This is a Full Time, 12 hour shift, RN opportunity , working DAYS in our ICU Float Pool between our Scripps La Jolla, Scripps Green, and Scripps Encinitas hospitals. This position is eligible for New Hire Incentives up to $7K Why join Scripps Health? AWARD-WINNING WORKPLACE:
The Site-Based Float Pool at Scripps La Jolla, Scripps Green, and Scripps Encinitas hospitals provides essential nursing support to Intensive Care Units (ICUs). Nurses enjoy flexibility, teamwork, and leadership support while floating between units. As a Critical Care nurse, you'll join a skilled team focused on delivering excellent care. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing patient care, while evaluating progress towards outcomes. The RN takes primary responsibility for patient care and collaborates with the care team to ensure optimal results in a family-centered environment. This role requires you to float to Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla and Scripps Green Hospital in Torrey Pines. Floating to PCU, DOU, Tele, Oncology, MS and other areas may be required The following are not eligible for hiring incentives:
