Position Summary:

Command Cyber Solutions (a federal government contractor) is seeking a qualified IT Project Manager SME to support HILL COMPONENT ENTERPRISE DATA CENTER (CEDC) IT OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES located at Hill Air Force Base, Utah (HAFB). This program aims to modernize legacy USAF network infrastructure and migrate services into a new AWS Cloud Environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

* Develop project scope, cost estimates, human resource requirements, work plans, time schedules, communication plans, and make work assignments to meet project or program objectives.
* Plan, organize, manage, control and communicate on all phases of a project (technical, workflow, and/or general office management processes).
* Lead out on project planning and execution activities.
* Set project goals and develop a plan to reach those goals.
* Build out WBS for projects and be able to transition them into Agile backlogs
* Ability to support high level project schedules across the enterprise
* Mentor and coach Jr Project Managers
* Manage resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees.
* Use project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence (Atlassian and Remedy)
* Plan, conduct, and facilitate Agile meetings/working sessions to discuss project goals and progress, as well as help ensure timely results of milestones and deliverables.
* Provide ongoing status reporting
* Report on milestones as appropriate, including whether all tasks and deliverables are being met.

Education & Experience Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business or IT related field or equivalent professional experience
* Seven (7)+ years' of relevant experience

Certification Requirements (only one required):

* PMP (PMI)
* CSM (Scrum Alliance)

Security Clearance Requirement:

* Active Secret Clearance

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements:

* Understanding of Agile Project Management methodologies.
* Advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of different operating systems, network administration and service desk administration.
* Project management and leadership skills.
* Able to interpret a variety of technical instructions that deal directly/indirectly with the Information Technology discipline.

Working Conditions/Working Environment/Physical Demands

* Basic office work environment at government facility location.
* Occasionally, project requirements may require temporary adjustment of work hours/days.
* Duties are subject to change based on the needs of the customer.
