Welding Fabricator

Advantage Resourcing is partnering with a top-notch company in Dothan, AL, and we're looking for a skilled Welding Fabricator to join their dedicated team. If you're passionate about welding and eager to contribute to the production of high-quality metal structures, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Pay Range: $15.50 - $16.50/hr

Shift: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Overtime is mandatory on Fridays, with hours extending to 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Volunteer shifts are available on Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize materials for welding
• Cut, grind, and clean metal to ensure quality fabrication
• Utilize your fabrication skills to complete projects from start to finish
• Provide input and suggestions to improve the fabrication process
• Conceptualize and create necessary fixtures for welding operations

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in blueprint reading
• Expertise in welding techniques
• Excellent dexterity and mechanical aptitude
• Strong math skills, including algebra and statistics
• Physical stamina to meet the demands of the role
• Good color vision for distinguishing metal finishes
