Job Summary:-

  • As an Onsite Tech Lead specializing in Claim Automation, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of projects and overseeing their planning, execution, and delivery. You will ensure the successful implementation of advanced AI solutions that streamline and automate the claims process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to develop scalable and efficient architectures and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Lead the design and development of machine learning models and algorithms for claim automation.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of deep learning and neural network architectures.
  • Utilize Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) for automating claim processing.
  • Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to enhance claim automation solutions.
  • Architect and deploy solutions on AWS Cloud using services like Sagemaker, S3, Lambda, and Cloudwatch.
  • Develop and maintain serverless architectures for claim automation.
  • Work with Knowledge Graphs and SPARQL, specifically using AWS Neptune, to manage claim data.
  • Design and manage relational databases using RDS and PostgreSQL.
  • Write efficient and maintainable code in Python.
  • Utilize GitHub for version control and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain scripts for automation and data processing.
  • Ensure the security and scalability of claim automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of claim automation projects.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Neural Networks.
  • Expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Proficiency in AWS Cloud services, including Sagemaker, S3, Lambda, and Cloudwatch.
  • Experience with serverless architecture and AWS Neptune for Knowledge Graphs and SPARQL.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, specifically RDS and PostgreSQL.
  • Proficiency in Python programming and scripting.
  • Experience with GitHub for version control.
  • Strong Linux skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven leadership and mentorship abilities.
  • Proven experience in project management, specifically in AI and machine learning projects.
  • Proven ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $125,000 - $ 135,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
