Job Title: Enterprise Risk Specialist Location(s): New York, NY Supplier will provide support to the Enterprise Risk Management Group within the Risk Management function. Supplier will work closely with leadership and other members of the team to provide support on preparation, review, and analysis of enterprise risk assessment results including industry research. Additionally, Supplier will provide support of the implementation and training of a system to support the enterprise risk assessment process, the development of an Operational Risk Taxonomy, perform other governance and reporting duties, and any other duties and responsibilities as defined and agreed upon between the client Project Manager and Supplier. Responsibilities Coordinate Enterprise Risk Assessment process including liaising and collecting information from all Risk Management areas and planning subject matter expert interviews. Support the Enterprise Risk Assessment interviews including preparing materials, capturing recaps, capturing action items, performing research, contributing to interviews. Track and follow up on action items to completion. Prepare Enterprise Risk Assessment results, highlighting mitigation activities, changes to risk ratings, examples, rationale, and supporting information. Review and analyze bottom-up risk assessment results from Risk Management teams to incorporate into the Enterprise Risk Assessment process. Document and maintain process and procedures for the Enterprise Risk Assessment. Manage and improve Enterprise Risk Assessment tooling. Perform industry research on Enterprise Risk Assessment practices, Operational Risk trends. Support the implementation of and training on a tool for the Enterprise Risk Assessment process. Support the development and socialization of an Operational Risk Taxonomy for the company. Perform other governance and reporting duties as needed. Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
