Job Description Skelly and Loy, A Terracon Company is seeking a mid-level NEPA/GIS Specialist to assist in the preparation of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents, including CEs, EAs, and EISs, as well as associated technical reports and studies (including design-level highway noise analyses), digital mapping products and databases, memoranda and public engagement materials. Skelly and Loy's NEPA/GIS experts are industry-leaders in environmental compliance working for a variety of local, state, and federal public and private clients. Our goal is to provide simple, streamlined solutions to complex policy and regulatory obstacles to achieve sustainable development. The mid-level NEPA/GIS Specialist must possess strong written and verbal communication skills with a desire to develop a strong understanding of state and federal environmental regulations and policies. The applicant will support existing projects, coordinate with subject matter experts, conduct background research, complete necessary field work, and adhere to project budgets and schedules. Attention to detail is critical along with the ability to prioritize and work simultaneously on multiple, fast-paced projects. Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
