About you You are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of user behavior and a passion for driving impactful business outcomes. You thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at leveraging data and experimentation to drive decision-making. You have a strong track record of delivering product growth by optimizing conversion funnels and enhancing user experiences. You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and are comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels. Above all, you are passionate about learning and believe in the power of transforming lives through learning. About this role As a Senior Product Manager, Discovery, you will lead our efforts to drive increased awareness, consideration, and purchasing of Udemy's consumer offerings. This role is critical to making it easier for learners, teams, and businesses to find and buy the right products for their needs. You'll work cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to build experiences and systems that drive growth and revenue. Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for benefits and equity.
