Rumfish Beach Resort's RumFish Grill & Bar, TradeWinds Resorts is seeking one part-time Retail Clerk to represent the Rumfish Beach Resort brand in the outlet gift shops.

Greet Guests and provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
• Assist Guests with inquiries, product selection, and locating items in the store.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register or point-of-sale system.
• Handle Guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including replenishing merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring shelves are stocked and priced correctly.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or replenishment needs to the store manager.
• Assist in receiving and unpacking merchandise shipments, checking for discrepancies, and ensuring items are tagged and displayed correctly.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding security, loss preventio.n, and cash handling.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stay knowledgeable about products, promotions, and sales events to effectively assist customers and drive sales.

• 1-2 years retail sales and service experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience as an outgoing, approachable and Guest Service Oriented individual
• Must have open availability as weekends and holidays are our busiest times.
• Proven ability to handle financial transactions accurately and quickly.
• Must be able to walk and stand for 8 hours or more.
• Safely lift and move objects weighing 60 lbs.-100 lbs
