What You'll Do:
Greet customers in person and over the phone with a friendly, helpful attitude
Assist clients in selecting the right equipment or event rentals for their needs
Process rental orders, contracts, and payments with accuracy
Coordinate equipment deliveries and pickups to ensure smooth operations
Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and provide guidance to customers
Keep the showroom organized, professional, and inviting

Customer Service & Sales Skills - Must have a friendly, positive attitude with the ability to engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend the best rental solutions to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Physical Ability - Must be able to lift, carry, and move equipment weighing 50-70 lbs as needed.

Work in All Weather Conditions - This role may require working outdoors in hot, cold, rainy, or snowy conditions when assisting customers or managing equipment.

Multitasking & Time Management - Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple customer requests, and upsell rental services in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to quickly assess customer needs and offer solutions while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

Sales-Driven Mindset - Must be comfortable upselling rental services, recommending add-ons, and educating customers on available options to maximize revenue.

Attention to Detail - Ensure accuracy when processing rental contracts, handling payments, and coordinating equipment pickups and deliveries.

Basic Mechanical Knowledge (Preferred) - Familiarity with rental equipment or willingness to learn how to operate and troubleshoot basic machinery.

Team Player Mentality - Must work well in a small, close-knit team and be willing to assist in various tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Reliable Transportation & Punctuality - Must consistently arrive on time and be dependable for scheduled shifts.

Flexibility - Available to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays as needed to accommodate customer demand.
