Senior UX Designer Bellevue, WA - Hybrid Bluehawk Consulting is seeking a Senior UX Designer to support an award-winning firm that specializes in designing and developing mobile and web applications driven by user experience! Project Overview We are seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic web team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-centered solutions that enhance the overall experience of our client's website. A strong focus will be placed on creating, evolving, and maintaining design systems, optimizing customer-facing user journeys, and driving engagement, click-through rates, and conversions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams-including product managers, engineers, visual designers, and marketers-to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of CMS platforms, website design, and marketing-driven UX strategies, with a track record of implementing solutions that align with business objectives. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have experience overhauling existing design systems, collaborating effectively with development teams, and continuously iterating based on data insights. Please note this is a hybrid role that will require an in-office presence 3x per week (Tuesday-Thursday). Responsibilities Design Systems: Develop and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency across digital experiences. User Research: Conduct research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user needs and behaviors. User Experience Design: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to optimize customer-facing experiences and improve engagement metrics. Customer Journey Optimization: Design and refine user flows that enhance engagement, click-through rates, and conversions. Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with development teams, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to align on business objectives. Website & CMS Integration: Work within CMS platforms to implement UX improvements that drive measurable business impact. Usability Testing: Plan and execute usability testing sessions to validate design decisions and improve the user experience. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use KPIs and analytics to inform design choices and optimize performance. Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with UX/UI trends, marketing strategies, and emerging technologies to enhance the customer experience. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of UX design experience, with a portfolio showcasing your design systems work and measurable business impact. Experience creating and/or overhauling design systems to drive efficiency and brand consistency. Strong working relationships with development teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and implementation. Proven experience optimizing customer-facing user journeys to drive engagement and conversion. Familiarity with website design, CMS platforms, and marketing-driven UX strategies. Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools. Deep understanding of UX principles, design thinking, interaction design, and usability best practices. Ability to translate complex business goals into intuitive user experiences. Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and improve UX performance using KPIs. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for user needs.
