Pay: $20.00/hr - $21.00/hr 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | Monday - Friday Requirements: To be eligible for this position, you must meet International Traffic in Arms Regulations compliance requirements, which means you must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident Card Holder. A minimum of one year of experience in customer service or a related field is required, along with knowledge and hands-on experience in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and databases. Job Duties: As a Customer Service Representative, your daily duties will include entering customer orders into the computer system while ensuring the accuracy of the information. You will review purchase orders and contracts that contain discrepancies and follow up for clarification via phone, email, or other communication methods. Additionally, you will be responsible for customer order follow-up and status updates, assist with scheduling as needed, and promote safety and good housekeeping practices.
