Your Role as the Chief, Senior Security:
- Provides guards and shift supervisors with direction to safeguard people and property. Ensures security personnel receive initial and refresher training as required by contract on an annual basis.
- Manages an effective Classified Information Program to assure administrative practices are in place to safeguard classified information. This includes contract review, working with production, clearance management. Maintains Facility Security Officer Certification.
- Assures compliance with the security scope of work and maintains working knowledge of requirements and associated regulatory documents. Performs liaison with Army Security Officers.
- Point of Contact for and assures compliance with all associated Security inspections by local and external government agencies.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 8+ years if related or supervisory experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- IOWA/NCIC Interstate Identification Index
- Ability to pass a physical exam, drug screening, and background check.
- Able to obtain a secret clearance.
In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws,the salary range for this role is $76,640 - $114,960.This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
