Danfoss is seeking an enthusiastic Jr. Project Manager to manage our growing portfolio of energy reduction projects through upgraded high-efficiency mechanical systems, energy recovery, and energy control upgrades focused on providing solutions for Danfoss to fully decarbonize our operations by 2030. The Project Manager has experience managing mechanical system installations or renovations and/or commercial construction projects. A successful Project Manager must have experience in construction methodologies and procedures and be able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to lead the projects from initiation to close. This person should be knowledgeable about regulations, permits, and project management methodology. The ideal candidate will work well with others, have an analytical mind, great organizational skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, meet deadlines, and strive to stay within budget. You will report to the Head of Real Estate, Americas, work together with our global Portfolio office, and play a meaningful role as part of a team of global project management professionals, who are driving value for Danfoss.
