This is a Hybrid role requiring 1 days per week on site in the Pittsburgh office.

What you'll do:

Support the Supply Chain Team in having right amount of supply is available to meet demand for Pittsburgh sales, demos and rentals. Coordinate purchases of all indirect supplies.

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • An authority is someone with power or right to give orders and make decisions. For example "approve costs, approve contracts, approve replacement etc , approve or reject supplier selections, authorize repair , loans etc" depending on role this should be reflected

  • Provide support to Pittsburgh Supply Chain Team in executing the master plan for direct supply by developing and maintaining reports, checking inventory levels and assisting with tracking of freight.

  • Daily review of reports to flag the Supply Chain Managers of action that may need to be taken on direct supply items.

  • Follow the PO process for all indirect purchases for North America.

  • Perform other various other tasks as assigned

What you'll bring:

* Bachelors Degree or 2+ years industry experience in Supply Chain or Operations Role

* 2 Years Supply Chain Experience using MRP and ERP systems is preferred

* Any Certifications in Production Planning, Inventory Control, and/or Negotiation is a plus

*Strong MS Excel, Power BI skills

*Analytical aptitude

*Fluent in written and spoken English

*Able to work cross functionally and collaboratively

*Work from Pittsburgh office as required when in-person collaboration is needed
