Industrial Painter

Milwaukee, WI

1st shift, M-F, 7am - 3:30pm + OT

$23 - $25 p/hr

A manufacturing company in Milwaukee is looking for an industrial painter. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

1. Reading instructions and examining surfaces to determine the amount of work necessary.
2. Prepping the product and other surfaces for painting along with ensuring the quality of the paint (no mixing)
3. Paint surfaces according to instructions using a variety of methods (wet/oil paint)
4. Able to be fitted for a respirator
5. Moving the finished painted product
6. Disposing and removing of old paint appropriately
7. Completing work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
8. Cleaning the painting equipment and maintaining an organized work area
9. Maintaining all required paperwork, records, documentation, etc
10. Requires painting experience preferably in an industrial setting
11. Requires working knowledge of basic hand tools
12. Requires the ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
