Customer Experience Intern

Infor's Scaled Experience Team is seeking an Intern to support the optimization of our digital customer journeys, focusing on journey mapping, contact hygiene, and program logistics. The Intern will assist with managing content creation, program reporting, and contact data, as well as with mapping communications and touchpoints for key personas. This role offers hands-on experience in digital customer success and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on ensuring effective, personalized communications at scale.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
  • Mapping Automated Communications: Assist in mapping automated digital communications, understanding the triggers, and identifying the contact collection points for communications that begin once a contract is signed.
  • Cross-Functional Communication Mapping: Help analyze and understand the communications sent out for different programs such as CareFor Success, Hub, GPS, Marketing, InforU, Concierge, and Product-related Core Four initiatives.
  • Customer Persona Mapping: Assist in mapping customer personas, such as Executive Sponsors and Decision Makers, to ensure the right content reaches the right audiences.
  • Contact Data Management: Help clean and maintain contact lists, pull new lists, and support manual uploads of data into relevant systems.
  • Program Reporting: Partner with the data team to gather insights and assist in reporting on program performance.
  • Content Support: Assist with the creation of content for emails, webinars, and other communications, while supporting logistics for event coordination.
  • Program Logistics: Help schedule and coordinate recurring webinar sessions and other program logistics to ensure smooth execution.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements and provide timely updates on projects and tasks.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer success, customer experience, digital marketing, or program management.
  • Currently enrolled in a degree or certification program.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with data management tools and basic reporting is a plus.
